My First Giveaway!! and some more videos.

So, today i made some cute little hair bows on various hair clips. This one was SO frustrating to make!!! My camera died 15 times (litterally. i had to piece together 15 clips.) then it was too long so i had to cut out a bunch.. so so so frustrating, and it turned out pretty crappy.. lots of rambling haha

Also, today i recieved my prize from Jaris giveaway over at The Spark blog party. It was a car air freshner (called a "car candle") it smells sooooooo good!!!! So thank you a ton, jari!!

oops! i forgot about photobooth friday! oh well, heres my photobooth saturday picture.

Ran the floral department by myself today. wasn't too bad. My fingers hurt from blowing up and tying a shitton of balloons though. Apparently today is the day for babyshowers, and lord knows babyshowers need balloons!!

Panda Paradise

For this blog post i've decided to test out an application i've found called "Zemanta" check it out, it seems really cool so far.

Between today and yesterday i've watched (so far) six hour-long episodes of "Paradise Hotel" which is a Fox Reality Original. Its so addictive! They're all past episodes, so im just going down the list, feeding my addiction. haha. its pretty good though.

Todays Flickr inspiration collage was easy to choose. My favorite animals. Panda bears! They are so cute, i have a huge collection of stuffed pandas, paintings, ceramic pandas, etc. in my room. I love them to death!

Friday Night Photobooth

I decided to join in the fun!

friday night photo booth =] Isabelle, my niece, is spending the night tonight so we had some fun with the webcam.

I love that little girl so much =]

June trip to MD

We had a really good time. =] On the way down we stopped in hershey, pennsylvania and went through the chocolate tour. The smell was so delicious, we craved chocolate. Luckily, we had a coupon for a buy one get one free cookie! i got reeses, erich got a double chocolate one. =]

We then proceeded home to erichs house. The next day we headed down to DC to check out the hishorn sculpture museum and garden. I decided I dont like art museums, at all. I like to touch stuff. you cant touch stuff at art museums. I accidently stepped over the tape on the floor.. the alarm went off becuase i got too close to the exhibit.. embarassing!!

The day after that was a rather relaxing day. Went with erich to his eye doctor appointment and then checked out a mall where i was able to get Christophers graduation present. I dont want to say what it is on here by the slight chance that he might run across my blog, but i love it and cant wait to give it to him =D

That night we headed to ocean city. We got caught in quite the thunder storm on the way down. But, to our advantage, just after we ordered food at sonic the electric went out and we were able to get our meals for free!

We stayed at a pretty crappy hotel, because we both payed half, and it was still pretty expensive. Ocean city is certainly NOT cheap!! So we stayed the night in the hotel, woke up early the next day to very crappy weather. Went to the Ripleys Believe it or not museum (which is just like the one in niagara falls.) We then went to some shops and arcades, until we decided to venture down to the ocean. It was 55 degrees out, but i somehow managed to get in the water! i loved it. I had never been to the ocean before and it was just so beautiful!! After we got out of the water we hit up a few more shops, then headed back to erichs house.

Friday, i slept while erich went to his dentist appointment and the DMV. Afterwards we went to visit his grandma, brought her some salt water taffy that we bought in Ocean city, and went to a cuban resturant- i wasnt digging the cuban food much.

We left his house this morning around nine and got back to my house at 4:30. It is so good to be home. Its rediculous how much i missed my mom and my dogs. I could never move too far away from my home!!

So yesterday i got the MRI and bloodwork done, i should find out the results on friday.. Now i have a very bad cold and possibly strep throat. My health is rediculous right now.

Ah, pain and hangovers.

So this weekend has been full of fun and discomfort.

Saturday we had a party at erichs, good times good times. Got to meet the girl that is going to be moving in to the guys house, she seemed like pretty cool stuff. Anyway, being a party, i drank. a lot. 3 alabama slammers, and about ten shots of UV blue.

not to mention, when i was taking tylonel for my headache I asked joe if i could drink some of his water. (it was in a water bottle.) yeah. it wasnt water. joe is an asshole.

hahaha.

but anyways, around 1:30 am i ended up downstairs on the bathroom floor. you know the story. The next morning i woke up with major hang-overage. i slept most of the day untill everyone decided to go to red robin. yay! lets go to red robin while sierra is hung over. UGH!

i ate half a burger and some friday. Great B.R.A.T food right? haha. I was able to keep it down, although i did burn my tounge on a french fry and it STILL hurts.

The next morning i woke up with major upper back/shoulder pain. now, for a few years now i have had a hump on my back that is very sensitive to the touch, i cannot be touched on my upper back at all. I've been to the doctors for it before, but she blamed it purely on my weight. I went back to the doctors today becuase the pain is close to unbearable, and luckily i was able to get in to see another doctor. I had some x-rays done and we'll find out in 24 to 48 hours whats up with my back.

Tonight is the american idol finale, we all know Adam is going to win..

I work tommorrow, Ten 'till Two and hopefully she'll give me some more days to work this week.

In a couple weeks i'll be going back to DC with erich.

Olga Maliouk- Ghost of Girlfriends Future

So tonight Erich and i went to see "Ghosts of girlfriends past" in the theatre, and when i saw this young lady i literally said "wow. shes gorgeous" so of course i had to look her up when i got home. Olga Maliouk is a Ukranian beauty! if anyone gets the chance, look her up. her photos will wow you! "Ghosts" was her first movie, and she doesnt have any lines- but she definetly added to the film!

Unfortunetly i couldnt find any very good photos of her in character, but here are a few photos of the beautiful Olga that i came across.

Oh, by the way- the movie was pretty good! im more into comedy movies, and although it was a romantic comedy, it was more romantic then comedic. I cant say it was bad though, i enjoyed it =]

Lilac Fesival 2009

Was beautiful. It was a rather cold day, too cold for a festival and when i got out there i was wishing i had dressed warmer. The art there was amazing, i wish i had the money to buy a piece from every vendor! all i bought was a hand-painted bookmark for my niece, it was her name spelled out with things such as dolphins, butterflys, flowers and palm trees. It was very cute, I also was able to pick up a slightly imperfect hematite necklace for a dollar, although i cant figure out where the imperfection is!

After the vendors, we went over to look at the hill of lilacs [see photos] where i then proceeded to slip and fall in the mud. That was exciting.

Anyway, despite a few things my weekend went well and the yard sale was a success. Made about $100 dollars and got rid of a lot of stuff! The rest then went to goodwill. Which is also nice, knowing that by donating to goodwill i may have made a small difference. =]
